Autumn is really here. Although the sun has been giving it it’s best to show itself each day, it can’t keep the rain at bay.
It’s time to wrap up folks. Here’s Moochi’s window, 14 Vulcan Lane, for some winter wardrobe inspiration.

View CommentsOur Market Day a few weekends ago went down a treat. With deliciousness supplied by both The Caker and Hotel DeBrett‘s kitchen, bargain galore at RUBY and Smoove’s tents, vintage do-ups thanks to Decadia, beautifully quirky one off’s from Pauanesia, great music (personal highlight was the steel drum band that turned up in the back of a truck!) from George FM etc etc. The day was beaut.
Some photos below if you missed out and some more to come.
View CommentsWe love Unity Books. They are a real institution on High St, you know they will always have the best stuff and are quick to offer help or their opinion on a book you are um-ing and ah-ing over. They shared an article from the Huffington Post on their Facebook last week about local bookstores and we thought it was worth sharing here too. It’s called ‘This Book will Change your Life‘.
“A decision to save $6.00 on Amazon, multiplied by thousands of customers every day, means that your local bookstore, the place where you hang out, meet friends, met your partner, or found the book that changed your life, may not be there next year…”
Something to think about.
